Travelling is hands down one of my favorite things to do and while I love out of country travel, the US has so many great destinations that make domestic travel a must do. Today we are going to catch the travel bug and recommend a couple places that we would consider more on the western side of things! So let's go!
Up first is the (very) tiny town of Wall, South Daokta which is filled with tourists and can take you back in time, while there isn't a lot to do beside stroll down main street it's the perfect place to visit before taking in the next stop!
A trip to Wall or even SODAK wouldn't be complete without exploring the Badlands National Park, the rocks, steep canyons and the wandering bison check all the boxes for a western vibe.
It wouldn't be a compete western vacations guide without a trip to Pendleton, OR during the Pendleton Round Up (September 15-18, 2018), where fashion, fun and rodeo meet up for the best weekend.ever.
The Mile High City can also get western, with these highly recommended attractions:
Nestled in a pristine Montana Valley is where western meets luxury, and we couldn't be anymore sold on this one! The Ranch at Rock Creek is great year round, where adventure meets spa and everything in between.
Texas and western vacations go hand in hand, here are our favorite Fort Worth (Western) attractions!
And last but certainly not least, VEGAS! During the NFR of course, with your choice of 10 rounds, Cowboy Christmas, the Neon Museum and so much more!
